The School Based Health Mobile Unit is coming to RLOA on Monday, October 21, 2024 8am-4pm.
This is so students can have their athletic physicals completed on site this day.
The students will need to have the parent complete our School Based Health Registration form (paper or electronic).

The student must also bring sports physical packet completed and signed by the parent (we have those copies made here at the school and they can pick them up from Coach Gray), and the $10 fee goes to the School Based Health Mobile Unit.
