Royal Live Oaks Academy Family, we need your help! On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law. The ARP Act requires that school districts make their Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services plan available to the public. Before making its plan publicly available, our school district must seek public comment on the plan and develop the plan after considering public opinion.
