Welcome to First Grade

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Royal Live Oaks! I'm excited to be your child’s first-grade teacher. This year will be full of learning adventures. This is my 16th year teaching and my fifth year at Royal Live Oaks. Alongside me, we have Ms. Moore as our assistant teacher and Ms. Jenny as our dedicated volunteer.

 

I have lived in Hardeeville my entire life. After high school, I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University and Master's Degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University. I am married with two daughters Bailey and Ellie and two dogs Khloe and Rhett.

 

We will primarily use ClassDojo for communication. You will receive an email invitation from me to join. If you do not receive it, please let me know, and I will send a personal invitation home in your child’s folder. ClassDojo is an effective and easy way for us to communicate.
