Welcome Royal Knights!

Hello Royal Knights and welcome to the 2024-25 school year. My name is Mrs. Sharon Moots, and I am grateful and blessed to be a part of the Royal Live Oaks Academy family. This is the start of my fourth year at the school and I am excited to be returning as a Math Interventionist for the middle school. In addition, I will also be providing Mindfulness Instruction for our 6th Grade Middle School students.

Originally from New Jersey, I have taught math for 18 years, and I believe that every student has the potential to succeed in becoming a critical thinker and problem solver for life, with the right academic support system. My role is to help provide additional support for students in math so that they can reach their individual goals and feel confident in this area. Royal Live Oaks Academy provides the rigorous academic environment that will help students foster integrity and resilience, and I am proud to be a part of the faculty.
