Welcome to Ms. Riker’s Social Studies Class!
Welcome to a new and exciting year at Royal Live Oaks Academy Charter School! I am thrilled to be a part of the Royal Oaks, family and community, and I hope to get to know all of you very well. I am originally from Colorado and moved to the Low Country about ten years ago. I have three amazing children and love teaching! I am passionate about building strong relationships with my students and their families. I am always available for conferencing and additional support. As a Social Studies teacher the ultimate goal of this course is to help students learn about their past so they can become active and knowledgeable citizens.
